We want you to love your OOTD LUXE purchase! If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges.
Return Conditions
You may request a return if:
The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
It is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Policy
Need a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges on eligible items:
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The item must meet the same condition requirements as returns
If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or a full refund.
Items marked as Final Sale, custom-made, or made-to-order are not eligible for exchange

Sale or final clearance items
Custom or personalized products
Worn, washed, or damaged items
