Refund Policy

At OOTD LUXE, we strive to deliver premium quality and service. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer refunds under specific conditions.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • The refund request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase is provided (order ID or invoice).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products damaged by misuse or improper handling

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived after 10 business days:
