Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with OOTD LUXE! We aim to deliver your favorite fashion pieces as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: All across India.

  • International: Worldwide.

If your location isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us at support@ootdluxe.com for assistance.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like customs delays, weather conditions, or courier issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping: Free on all Prepaid orders , COD charges Rs. 99/-.

  • International Shipping: Outside India courier charges are Rs 2,500 per kg.

  • All orders are shipped within 3-6 business days.
  • Orders will be delivered in 5-7 business days post shipping.
  • The complete order amount including delivery charges (if any) will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your
    preferred location.
  • If you receive a package that appears to be damaged or torn, please do not accept the order at the time of delivery. Kindly notify the delivery person and refuse the package. Once the package is received, we cannot process any damages claims.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime through your account on our website.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, OOTD LUXE is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@ootdluxe.com and we’ll assist you in locating it.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

OOTD LUXE is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred during international shipping. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We can’t guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.
